I provide mobile tech support across the whole of Kent - I come to you! I also have a main office in East Ham, London, and repair desks in Cliffe and Faversham. Remote support is available UK-wide for software issues and consultations.
How much do you charge for repairs?
My standard rate is £60 for the first hour, then £15 per 15 minutes after that. Prefer not to be home? Pickup and drop-off is available for a flat £60 — I collect and return when I'm next in your area, so it can take a few weeks. Website and hosting quotes are provided separately based on your specific requirements.
Do you offer web hosting?
Yes! I offer reliable web hosting at £25 per month, which includes regular backups, security updates, and technical support. This is perfect for small businesses and personal websites.
What are your working hours?
I'm available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am to 5pm. I'm closed on Tuesdays. For urgent matters, you can leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Absolutely! I can source both new and refurbished PCs, laptops, and gaming consoles tailored to your budget and needs. Whether you need a budget workstation or a high-performance gaming rig, I can help.
