How to Raise a Complaint

To help us handle your complaint quickly, please include:
- Your name and preferred contact details
- A clear description of your concern
- Any relevant dates, job references, invoice numbers, or device details
- The outcome you would like us to consider
- Copies of any related correspondence, if available
You do not need to use any specific form, and you do not need to know the legal background to make a complaint — just tell us what happened.
What Happens Next
- Acknowledgement — We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days of receiving it.
- Investigation — We will look into what happened. We may contact you for further information if needed.
- Response — We will aim to provide a full written response within 30 calendar days of receiving your complaint. Our response will explain what we found, what (if anything) went wrong, and what action we will take. If your complaint is unusually complex and we need more time, we will tell you and explain why.
- Resolution — Where appropriate, we will take steps to put things right. This may include correcting records, changing our processes, or providing an explanation or apology.

You have the right to refer your complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent regulator for data protection.

You can refer a complaint to the ICO at any time, including without first contacting us. However, we always appreciate the chance to investigate and resolve concerns directly first.
